Mr. Croci owned and managed Wheeler Commercial Property Services, LLC ("WCPS") in Fort Collins, CO for the last 12 years. Commercial Broker's Alliance - Fort Collins, LLC was formed to replace WCPS. Listed under Development Projects are some of the projects Commercial Broker's Alliance - Fort Collins, LLC and/or its Managing Broker has completed or are in the process of developing.

Fred L. Croci is the owner and Managing Broker of Commercial Broker's Alliance - Fort Collins, LLC
and an owner member in Commercial Broker's Alliance - Laramie, LLC. Mr. Croci received his B.S.
degree from Iowa State University in 1969. Since 1970, he has been involved in the development,
construction, leasing, management, sale or consultation of real estate projects valued in excess
of $500 million.
His extensive experiences during 40 years in the industry include commercial real estate development, brokerage and construction, having included self-storage facilities, multi-family apartment dwellings, shopping centers, motels, casinos, businesses, office buildings, office/warehouses, mixed use projects, single family homes, and residential and commercial land developments. Mr. Croci is 63 years old. |
